About how much times would i have to run up the stairs( 13 steps ) a day to burn a pound or 2 a day?

well.. start 1st day with just 3 times up and down( i am sure even thats more) gradually increase this frequency like twice (6 times with a break in between, it is called 'sets', 2 sets is 6 times ), then thrice but do it till 5 times (10 ups and downs, with intermittent gaps). bau mai i suggest you something why don'y you jog that the best aerobic excercise.do it safely. happy workout :->

haha thanks, i do work out at a gym but sometimes i have no ride and i have this weird phobia of running in my neighborhood, so i just thought of stairs lol , thanks alot though
