Does Hair removal have negative impacts on your body with prolonged use

i personally think your hair gets darker and thicker the more you remove it. i don't think it's been scientifically proven, but it's happened to me.

also, you have more of a chance to develop ingrown hairs. that's about all i can think of, however. i mean, i'm pretty sure you aren't going to get cancer or anything from hair removal. (:
