Q: when you're on your period does exercising make the flow stop a lot?
well you're not gonna stop it! overexercising and a lot of physical activity can cause it to be heavier than usual. you can exercise cuz it may help with cramps but being too active causing you to bleed more... so chill :).... more vitamin c will work. it firms up the blood vessels on the walls of the uterus and that decreases monthly blood flow. so drink more orange juice or take a vitamin. start a few days before and continue until it stops. good luck with that!

I have always been the person that people have come to for advice or just some help with something. I'm not saying that I have all the answers because that's far from it. But I have been through so much hurt, pain, and bad times in my life as well as joyous ones to know how everyone feels.
