how can i motivate myself to want to work out? i mean, i end up going anyways because my dad makes me but i never want to go..any tips on getting myself motivated?

I used to have this problem, but you can distract yourself easily while working out by listening to music you love. And try to only think about the music- not about working out.
I usually look forward to working out because it makes me feel good, and i can just release all of my tension. Plus it's where I do a lot of thinking.
If you didn't already know this- exercise releases endorphins (chemicals that make you feel happy) into your bloodstream.
