I work in a convenience store and have to deal with some very difficult customers. It has almost become a daily occurrence.
I do my best to be helpful but some people are really rude. This is stressful, especially if we
are busy.
Do you think that people are just becoming more and more rude or could I be doing something better in dealing with my more difficult customers?

just remember 'the customer is always right' even though its not always true thats the way it has to be...especially if you wanna keep your job. theres probably nothing you can do to improve yourself if your doing the best you can. just always be polite to them even if there a pain in your a$$. dont let it put stress on you..just be like there d!@#s anyway! lol hope i helped

I really didn't like was you didn't use any capital letters and I would rather you spelled ass instead of using symbols.
