My Friends All Come To Me For Advice So, Apparently I'm Really Good. That's Always Been Something With Me. I Read People Very Well, And Sometimes My Advice Sucks. I Wont Lie About That. Sometimes It Just Is Not Good At All. But I Do My Best, And I'm Extremely Good In The Relationship Department. Kinda Funny, I Can Help Everyone Else, But I Can't Help Myself.

I'm a teenage girl.


I work out whenever I can and I eat between 1200-1800 cals per day. (normally around 1350)

Why am I fat?

I'm 5'2" and 158 pounds. is it just that I have a crappy metabolism? so what should i do just stop eating altogether and run 20 miles a day?

you can cut your diet in half, and eat healthier when you do eat, and getting up early in the morning, say 6am. and running two miles or so a day helps. i'm the same hieght and i weigh 106lbs. i run to stay active. and being active helps with the metabolism.

(Rating: 5) if I cut my diet in half i'd be consuming around 700 calories which is dangerously low.

I do run, every day.
