Yes you can get AIDS from giving a guy a blow job. If he has AIDS/HIV and you have a cut on your lip, tongue, anywhere around the mouth area, then you can get affected that way.

Best way to practice is to practice on somebody.
...or a banana or something like a penis I suppose haha. Might sound weird, but if you really wanna be good at it, practice on something like that!

Just ask a guy. I'm pretty sure they won't turn ya down ;] lol
