im going on a diet and i dont want to change my eating habits tooo much. and i heard abou tthat special k diet thing. i know you eat a bowl of htat for breakfast and lunch and then you have your normal dinner. is that it? and also how well does it work and how much am i expected to lose on it?
it says on the box youll lose 7 pounds in
2 weeks if you follow the diet correctly.
But if you add some excersising, you'll see
