i'd say i'm good at givin advice ,but to be honest like eveyone here thinks that they're good .i take my answers pretty seriously .most of the time the reasons my answers are right is because i've been there and done it twice .im not the average teenage girl giving advice either .im a fabulous ,trash-talking ,one of a kind ,jealous ,confident ,dramatic ,beautiful ,crazy ,funny ,creative ,tv watchin ,outspoken and blunt chica;D .so i answer all private questions and ignore ratings

I'm talking about the home version game Dance Dance Revolution Extreme 2. I know that it is a great way to exercise because you are definitely moving a lot. Now, on the workout program, you input your weight, dance to a song, and then they tell you about how many kCals you burned. Now, here is my question: If I eat popcorn and consume 200 calories, then go burn 200 kCals on DDR, did I burn off that popcorn? Now I know that its just an estimate but roughly, is that about correct? Or is kCal a different amount than Calories? I tried to look it up on google but I didn't understand anything.

i dont know but DDR isnt really all that correct. you could have stepped off the matt or something. gyms are more adequate. DDR are just estimating to make it sound like your doing soo well and losing soo much weight. but dont base yourself on playing DDR whenever you want lovey. because then you realy wouldnt lose a whole lot

(Rating: 3) Thanks, but you really didn't answer my question. You can lose weight playing DDR. It's physical activity, heavy if you play a high level. Trust me, I'm living proof =)
