Hey, my name is Katie. I live in Australia with my fiance and 2.5 beautiful children. In my 24 years i have had many ups and downs. I've lost loved ones, I've suffered depression, I've been in an emotionally abusive relationship which ended badly, I've cheated and been cheated on, I've been homeless, I've had cancer... Thats just the tip of the ice-berg. I think I'm pretty well qualified to answer pretty much anything you throw at me.

Ok well when you're sad they say you should like tell someone and stuff but when i tell my best friends it seems liek it doens't matter much to them or they don't really feel any sympathy or they're not good at like cheering up.
And I can't jsut write all my feelings on this site and stuff you know, what can i do?
I feel so down and not even my best friends know how I'm feeling. And every part of my house is occupied so i can't even try to phone the kids help line thingy that I've always wondered what it's like.
Is there a site where you write all your feelings and people write stuff for you? I dunno I just feel so weak! I always need my spirit to be up and people to cheer me up. I'm sick of it!
I feel for you, i really do. I would say write in a journal. Mine helped me through the rough times. Another thing i did was write letters to people who have let me down or even to people who have simply just influenced my life in any way. The people i wrote to never got their letters but it felt awesome writing exactly what i felt. Its a good way to understand your feelings too, because what you think you're feeling may not actually be what you are truely feeling.
