I know how you're feeling and because it's nature, there isn't much that you can do to slow it down; especially since it just started yesterday. Now, may not be the time to spend the night over a guy's house because you don't want to feel awkward the whole time, ya know? But if it's something that you wanna do, then you can get some apple cider vingear (liquid or pill) and take that today and tomorrow and that has been known to help a lot. Try soakin in the tub for about 30 mins-1 hour really does work. Sounds weird but it does work! If you are stressin out or not gettin enough rest, then that can cause it to be really heavy as well. I have always been the person that people have come to for advice or just some help with something. I'm not saying that I have all the answers because that's far from it. But I have been through so much hurt, pain, and bad times in my life as well as joyous ones to know how everyone feels. I am very understanding because I've been there and I know what it's like; I know what it feels like to be so much in love that you're on top of the world and nobody can touch you... and I know what it's like to hate everybody including yourself and every fiber of your being...
