Hey. Well, I'm 13/f, and I weigh I think like 97 lbs, and I'm 5'1. I have a lot of extra weight on my stomach, butt, legs, and arms. I really would like to lose a lot of my weight by August, I'd like to be either 85-87 pounds, becuase I know I'm tall, but I want to be a flyer this year on my cheerleading squad, because I was 2 years ago, then I was a base, and I really want to fly again. I want to be so skinny, that I can fly, regardless of my height. Please help with any tips of exercise that will make me skinnier. Please help? I rate :]. (link)

dude, you're almost exactly my size, and I'm 15. you DON'T NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. If you have concerns about yourself, try building up the good stuff- muscle. Diet? CHH! Dude, you don't even need it. If you're really that crazy try eating healthy stuff. These are changes that are healthier and can't hurt.
but you're not morbidly obese so calm down. in fact, you're really tiny for your age compared to some of the people I know. you need to grow some self assurance because you're- and I will repeat this- NOT FAT!!

Lol, thankyou[:. If I had to stand up for myself atleast once, I'd say I'm not nessicarily [spelling] HUGE, I'm chunky though, compared to a lot of people I know.
