OK, everywhere I go people always want to give me their programs on gaining weight. So I sit there and read through all that stuff come to fin dout that it cost money. Now I really don't mind paying but I don't have a credit card because I am to young and I hate credit cards. So can anyone tell me a few websites that offer detaled program for weigyt gain and are free?

If you want to put on weight for the sake of putting on weight, sit around, do nothing but eat fatty foods.
If you want to put on muscle, work out and drink protein shakes with at least 500 calories per serving.
