i am a little chubby and if you are, you don't get boyfriends and you get a little teased. Okay, without sacrificing your sources of protein, like meat or beans, start eating more fruits and vegetables and fewer carbs (pasta, bread, chips, pizza, etc.). Also, start running, working out, or whatever physical activity you enjoy. No one can tell whether you're really chubby (mean kids will tell you anything to hurt your feelings, whether it's true or not) by knowing your weight because it depends not only on your weight and age, but also your height. Avoid fast food and processed foods such as frozen dinners and lunchmeats because they do not have things in them that are good for you. If you go out for a hamburger, throw out 1/2 of the bun and fold the other in half. Don't eat fries if possible.
