I'm a junior in high school and I can't wait to move on to college. Well, I know you say you feel like you're ready to be sexual with your boyfriend, but if you're that insecure, you probably aren't. And if you're not sure, or either way, communication is key. You have to talk to him about it and be honest with each other. It can clear a lot of things up.
Now, for your questions:
All girls are different. For some girls it's difficult to have an orgasm. And most girls don't orgasm EVERY time they have sex with a guy. Usually you have to stimulate yourself to get over that cliff. As for oral sex, the girl SHOULD orgasm unless it's just unusually difficult for her to get there or if she just isn't into the guy.
If oral sex is the only thing planned, the guy would probably do it until the girl orgasms...and even if intercourse is going to occur. Girls can have multiple orgasms so guys usually try to give them as many as possible.
All guys are different and have different preferences. All like it neat down there...some like shaved and some like trimmed. But to be honest, a guy will take what he can get. Most are just happy to be down there in the first place. Whatever you like best should be fine.
Again, all girls are different. You can swallow if you want, or you can just use your hand to finish him off and let him cum in your hand or on his stomach. In that case, you can just wipe it up afterwards. If you keep your mouth on it the whole time but don't want to swallow it, you'd spit it out...but the taste isn't that wonderful, just as a warning.
