Can anyone take a guess at what the song "Who knew" by Pink is about? The lyrics, what they mean. Thanks.

I think it's basically about a guy promising a girl that they'll be together forever, but his promise is broken and the relationship ends. She's basically heartbroken and misses him, but can't talk to him. I'm pretty sure that's what it's about.
