15/f about 105lbs. i want to gain about 10-15lbs because my arms are extremely twig like. my lower body is fine but i could still use a little more meat on my legs. are there any weight gaining bars or drinks that really work. no organic stuff that im going to have to import from half way across the world just some things you can find in a supermarket. ..finally someone with the same problem as me: GAINING weight, not losing it. (: i take something called "muscle and weight gainer" .. its a shake, that you mix with whole milk, and you drink about 1-2 times, a day. theres two different flavors to choose from: vanilla, aor chocolate. i got mine from vitamin world. try it, they're good.. and they work. (: ps. im even littler than you, and .. you say your 105 right now? and 15 years old? yeah well.. 105 is MY goal. ha. and im almost 17.
