Okay sorry this is so long....

It sounds like he is using you for sex. If he is telling you either you have sex with him or he will dump you, he obviously doesn't want a relationship based on more than that. If he only says I love you when you give into his demands he is lying.
I would dump him, while he may be ready, you aren't.
