Q: f/15/5' 6"/ 124 lbs

i eat a lot of junk foods haha.
if i were to eat:

breakfast: cereal and low fat milk
lunch: an apple, water, and fat free yogurt
snack: water and a grapefruit
dinner: lean meat, broccoli, water

and run for 30 minutes a day

would i see a difference in my body within a couple of months as in losing a small amount of weight and toning my legs?

i want to do it as healthfully as possible

Not eating enough carbs. And if you plan on eating that tiny of a lunch you need to add more food to your breakfast meal.
