Hey
If you like him maybe you should flirt with him too. Maybe hang out with him and his friends(I also think bring some of your friends that know you like him)and get to know him better because if your friends with him you wont act so aqward around him. But don't get to close because if you get into a relationship with someone that close it could ruin your friendship after you brake up.
