what are some ways to lose 10 pounds?like,what excersices to do and stuff like that,besides running.

all the normal excersizes such as crunches, sit ups, push ups, ect. are only excersizes to tone your muscles.
running, cardio and dieting are the way to actually loose weight.
cardio such as jumping jacks, running in place, spinning in circles, ect.
