alright, i get sick wayy to much; every other week with a sinus infection or virus or flu SOMETHING the only time i will feel good is in the summer...but i still have allergies. i was just wondering if anyone knew what i could do to boot up my metabolism i get between 7-9 hours of sleep...but i should start getting more since after school stuff is over. i don't drink a lot of water because i just think it tastes so plain so i have to have flavor with it. idk does milk help any? grape juice? a certain vitamin? anything i'm sick of getting sick!! pleaseee answer i need to get better my tuesday.

I think that milk is definitely your best bet. Calcium boosts your metabolism. And if you don't like the taste of just plain water, add crystal lights they come in great flavors.
