im not fat but i wana loose weight. for the past week or two, ive been running for atleast 15 minutes a day on a tredmil (plus cheerleading and volleyball), and cuting down my meals. i eat 3 meals a day and try not to snack inbetween and i dont eat sweats. i weighted about 123 but i think i might weigh the same or a pound less. should i be seeing results better or am i being impatient? what else can i do? You're doing everything rightt! You're running and everything. What i would do is run a bit slower but for a bit longer. Distance is more important than time. And for your weight-- you're at a greatt weight don't worry about it!
I have a food nutritionist, and they told me that it's better to eat smaller portions but more times a day (like 4 or 5 and eat maybe half a sandwhich.) This will speed up your metabolism. It really works! Just eat healthy foods excersize a little bit longer and you'll see results!
