Q: I found out a few hours ago that my grandma isn't doing very well. She had a surgery on her hand the other day and since then she has passed out, felt dissy and felt really sick. Everytime I think about it I want to cry. I am so scared something really bad is going to happen to her. What should I do?
I'm so sorry!

There's nothing you can do to control the situation. But I want you to understand that your grandma probably needs to be in high hopes for her. Things happen and we don't know why, but if there is one thing you can do, you can keep her comforted by your words.

You really should cry about it and think about it first. This will not make you forget about it, but it will ease the pain a little bit if you give yourself time to cope. Find something you like to do such as taking a walk or writing, or drawing.

After you give it some time, try and lift your grandma and your family's spirits. They are going to need someone to stay positive. Encourage her to talk to her doctors and make sure that you ask what you can do to make your grandma comfortable.

If you're religious, keep praying!

Here's What Could be Wrong:

After reading this again, I just want to ask you if she is in the hospital currently?

It doesn't look like it would be too serious. I'm thinking that her blood pressure may have dropped from the surgery and she needs to get more blood. OR she may have an infection. So definitely talk to her doctor and ask that she be checked for those things. Hopefully she is on IV fluid so that she can recover.

Infection or loss of blood is probably it. But I'm not 100 percent sure.

I will definitely keep her in my thoughts!

Hang in there!

I'm back! 6 years on this site and counting! Let yourself be known for something. It may not be perfect but imperfections are so much more interesting and fun!

I'm well known from my high interest in people. I thrive off helping others.

A lot of people say they have been through a lot. And well, this is true for almost everyone, including me. Rather than let past harm me I embrace what I've dealt with and use it to my advantage in the future.

I'm 20. Turning 21 soon enough. Been there, done that but cetainly have much more to learn. No, I do not know everything and I wouldn't claim. I do know that I am dedicated, educated, generous, motivated, and ambitious. I give all my time and heart into each answer.

I specialize in art, education, communication, psychology, massage therapy, health, travel and destinations.

I know information regarding school, college, abuse, neglect, personalities, relationships, friendships, little bit of info on cars, licit and illicit behaviors and or subjects. But I will be willing to answer anything!
