ok i have a formal dance in 3 weeks. I went to stores to try on dresses but because my boob's are kind of small every dress i tried on looked BAD !! and they all looked good on my friends =( is there any certain stores or places i can find a dress that will fit me ?? HELP (link)

I have the exact same problem! What you do is you find a dress, in your size, that you love! Buy it, and buy a bra to go with it. Padded/Push-ups give you the appeal of bigger breasts. That way you will look great in your dress!
