I am overweight, and I love soda. I drink soda, yet I even it out with water and milk. But I want to get healthier. I want to stop drinking soda. How can I stop?
I really like iced tea, Crystal Light, Milk, and flavored water. I can drink that over soda, but I only drink soda for that caffeine urge. Sounds weird but that's the main reason why I am hooked on it. How can I get over my caffeine urges, and start going to merely tea, milk, and water? (link)

First just start drinking less of it.Drink maybe half of what you normally do,and gradually decrease your caffeine intake from there.After you've done this,start drinking caffeine free soda,but still drink it in small amounts.If all goes well after a few weeks,then you can cut the soda out all together :)
