I was told to remove my makeup with certain cleaners/removers

Then wash my face with hot/warm water

And cleanse it with some cream OR pads.

then wash it off with cold water.

That.. is really not helping me.

What's your routine?

seriously proactive! it really works, i get comments from everyone that my face clears up!guys even look at me more. or if you don't like proactive, noxzema, or good skin products work. typically that is the routine, only make sure you pat your face dry not rub. you may also be over washing it, or try putting on a toner afterwords hope it helps!
