ok theres this boy that i like and that i have liked for a long time and we would flirt and all like we would make bets and stuff hes a flirtnot only to me but others and he told me that he likes me as a friend but his friends and everybody around me tells me different and the thing is that he knows i like him and well sometimes he acts like he likes me more than just a friend and heres whats complicated i feel like im getting closer yet further and he knows my brothers and hes friends not good friends but friends he said that hes not scared of my brothers and he proved so on some occasions like at a party so he does act like he likes me but he never really says it or acts on it and i wonder why why act like more than a friend but not act on it and well another problem is that hes black and my parents and brother its a really really big issue like i would forever be disowened by them and the thing is that im usaually not attracted to black guys but its different with him everytime i think im over him he pops back up its like im so CLOSE BUT YET SO FAR ITS LIKE I CAN REACH OUT AND TOUCH HIM BUT YET HES UNTOUCHABLE PLEASE HELP (link)

try calling him and asking him to go to a movie with you. (don't say anything like "OMG I LIKE YOU SO MUCH I HOPE YOU LIKE ME TOO" or anything that has to do with your feelings for him)
he'll get the message that you like him- and if he says yes it will be a good opportunity for him to see if he likes you romantically too.
(i was in the same situation with my current bf- hadn't seen the guy in 6 months but i just randomly called him to ask him out and he said yes) :D
anyway- good luck and tell me how this all works out!!!!! (seriously i want to know)
