wat is a fast/easy/free way to lose weight because i have bad self control and eat too much. im not too fat and if i diet my mom will notice. i just want some ways to gain more self control and get in shape. (link)

A good quick healthy way to lose weight is to run everyday, for atleast 20 min. Replace two meals with a healthy cereal, haha mini wheats are really good because they fill you up and they're low in fat and cals. And to try to drink water instead of other beverages.=]
