whats a good and affective exercise that can target "love handles"? haha thanks.

aha i had the same issues! haha. Well i do theese things called side sit ups. lie on your back with your hands behind your head and your knees us and bring your elbow to your alternate knee (like right elbow to left kneew) do that for about 3 set of 10. Their is no realy tmucles caleed your love handles haha i checked, so the best thing for you to do is work your lower abs, obliques, and butt.
