I have the worst relationship with food right now. This past summer, I was very strict with myself about what I ate. I hardly ever ate any kind of dessert, and I counted calories closely. Now, ever since Thanksgiving about, I binge all the time. I eat a bunch of Christmas cookies and icecream and candy and stuff. I try to tell myself to go back to normal, but I just turn into a different person when I get near food. What could be causing this? How can I get control of my life again? I know this is unhealthy, but I can't do it by myself. (link)

I think this was caused because your body missed out on so much of that good stuff when you were on that little healthy diet. I would try limiting the cookies and icecream to once a day at the MOST. Also what i would try is to do more things to make you not bored because i know that when i get bored I tend to eat. So trying to be active to were you have no time to eat. You can also exercise.
