The most you can really do is see how he acts around you. See if he's always tending to be "busy" lately and can't hang out with you anymore or if he's strangely distant whenever the two of you are around together.
Also, see how "sweet" he's being. Now, I don't know if he's naturally really sweet or not, but if he normally isn't and he's sitting there being like,"You're the greatest girlfriend in the whole entire world. I love you so much. You're beautiful, you're gorgeous. You're my world." You know, really buttering it up, he may be feeling guilty towards everything if he did cheat and he's trying to make you feel good, and make himself feel less lousy at the same time.
Also, just watch out for any myspace comments from girls, away messages, texts, anything that seems very out of the ordinary. Now if a girl comments him and is just like,"Luv ya, you're the best." Or something, don't blow things out or proportion. It may just be a friend whose a girl, you know? But if she's sitting there like,"I had a blast last night! You're the best, I love hanging out with you.
