For an assignment we have to make a 6-8 song soundtrack for the book "The Pearl" I was wondering if anyone could givem e some suggestions of good songs to put in. thanks (link)
These aren't in any particular order, but I think that you should try:

"Money"-Pink Floyd(when they try to sell the pearl)

"Not to Touch the Earth"-The Doors(when Kino and Juana leave town?)

"If there is a God"-Smashing Pumpkins(use it at the end, after Coyotito dies and they get rid of the pearl)

"Can't Buy Me Love"-The Beatles(how Kino was talking about buying all kinds of things for Juana)

"For Reasons Unknown"-The Killers(describes how the pearl was changing Kino)

"Stranded"-Alien Ant Farm(maybe the intro?)

"Am I Demon"-Danzig(Kino's war song,or whatever it was called)

"Let You Down"/"Tripping Billies"-Dave Matthews Band(After Kino Beats Juana/When everyone is happy for Kino finding the pearl)

"Smokey Day"-The Zombies(when their hut is burned down or whatever)

"Wake Up"-Coheed and Cambria(Kino's family song,or something to that effect)

Rating: 5
thanks
