I think that I am bipolar. I'll be happy and obnoxious one moment and then the next I'll feel so depressed that i want to die. How do you know if you're bipolar? What do I do if i am? How do I tell my parents?

Being bipolar is cool to me.It's funny when you think about it.You already know your bipolar because you said you go from happy to depressed.You don't do nothing except try to stay in the same mood.And your parents really shouldn't care if you bipolar.I told my parents I'm bipolar and they just laugh it off and say it runs in the family.
