my best friend just asked me out today and i said yes and usually we talk ALOT on aim but im scared that there will just be an awkward silence tomorrow wen i see him at school because he is in 2 of my classes. i REALLY suck at making conversation so do you have any tips or things we could talk about?

Things you should NOT do/say:
-Gossip (It makes them wonder whether you talk about them behind their backs also. Sometimes it might make them start thinking you are a jerk.)
-Make fun of people (Its okay if he does it and if you say something just as a joke and its actually funny.)
-Don't complain about everything (It gets on their nerves and it's very annoying to them.)
-Talk about clothes, hair, make up, etc. (They really do not care about that stuff.)
-Aa million pointless questions. (He probably doesn't want to answer a lot of questions that are just plain stupid.)
-The weather. (I seriously doubt that he cares about it.)
Things to talk about:
-Ask him if he wants to go see a movie or something this weekend.
-Talk about what you did over the weekend.
-Give each other your phone number unless you both already have each others.
-Maybe have a party together with all of your friends over the weekend. It would be fun AND it would give you stuff to do because you have to plan.
-Talk about school. Like your teachers and rather you like them or not.
-Talk about funny things that happened in your classes, last week, etc.
