Well, I'm fine with like, my stomach and everything, it's not that. It's the sides of my stomach, the hips. I know they go out because of curves and everything, but there's just a little more skin there then I like. Whenever I wear jeans [ and they're my size perfectly ], it looks as if the sides of my stomach are like, overlapping it, but it's just because of the extra skin. Is there any way to work that off?
They're called love handles and alot of people have them. All I can suggest is too work out, lay on your side and lift one leg up repeately and then switch legs. I don`t know what the excersize is but just try that and excersize once a day. :] ♥
