I'm not sure if this goes here... but oh well
I need help falling asleep. i always try to fall asleep but end up falling asleep at like 2 am!! Now that schools starting, I would like to sleep. lol. Can somebody give me advice on how to relax and fall asleep for school? Please help and thanks a lot!
I had the same problem but now i`m at a rountine of going to bed at 9 oclock and getting 8 hours of sleep. DON`T take naps after school because your body will refresh and be full of energy that you won`t be tired for school. An hour before your bedtime, read a book, write in a journal/diary, or lay down. DON`T play on the computer, watch tv, eat and drink something, or anything else. Shut your bedroom door with no lights or music on in your room. And relax. Try different things everynight too like one night try music on to put you too sleep and if it doesn`t work try another thing like no music.
