I have really sweaty hands. Its so embarrasing. And its really bad. Is there any way to stop it? I hate it cause it really gross, like i never like to touch anyone or hold hand with boys and stuff cause i feel embarresed by it. What can i do!? If anything.

if you go to a dermatoligist, they can prescribe you this stuff thats like a cream/lotion kinda thing for that. if it's rlly bad though you can get this electrical shock treatment [it doesnt hurt it just tingles a bit] where you put your hands in these pans of water and they run electric currents through it and it closes off some of the sweat glands in your hands to reduce sweating. good luck!
