I'm a med student, so health related questions I can usually answer pretty well. I also like to think I'm somewhat decent at giving advice. I can also give you an honest opinion.

okay im 16 5-4 and i weigh 150. i dont look really fat tho you kno what im saying? but anyways i have some fat on my stomach i want to get rid of and im caplable of getin ready of if i just stick with my diet the problem is i always stop my diet for stupid reasons. i guess you can call me a very bad dieter. do you guys have any ideas to keep my focus on my diet more?

-okay you're going to think this is really stupid and funny but it works, especially if you really want to lose weight then forget about the diet. print out a picture of a really overweight person. then the next time you want to eat badly or forget about your diet look at the picture. i know it sounds stupid but it really works! because you don't want to be as big as that person, ya know? (not trying to be mean to the person in the picture, by the way)


-i've also heard from doctors that if you eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast and lunch and then eat a regular dinner it helps you lose weight. (but don't forget to eat enough breakfast and lunch because if you don't you'll over-eat at dinner because you'll be so hungry!)
