Ok me and my girlfriend plan to have sex soon, the thing is that it is both of are first time and i know that sometimes it can be painful or uncomfortable for the girl. so i need some tips and advice on how to make it less painful/uncomfortable for her so she can enjoy it to the full. i dont like the idea of hurting her

It is most likely gonna hurt her no matter what but fingering her first can help to get her ready. Also, going slow and not too hard at first is also good. Ask her ever once in a while if she wants you to stop because it can get very painful for her.
