Okay so I have this friend who I horseback ride with and she's three years younger than me. Well, you wouldn't think that would matter because she acts more mature thatn she really is and it's almost like she keeps me in touch with my innocnet side. (at our age, 3 years is a big difference). However, every time I mention her, my best friend goes, "Ew, you're 5th grader?!" (going into 6th)So my question is is the age difference okay?

It's perfectly fine. If you're friends have a problem with it, then you should really just tell them to stop. If they don't they probably weren't real friends if they decide to not like you because of your younger friends.
