Hey whats up? My name is Rosemarie most of my friends call me ro or roro but whatever is fine. I live in RI and im in 10th grade. I like helping people whenever i can and i dont judge anyone. I understand that people make mistakes we all do and sometimes you just have to forget about them. I dont hold grudges against people mostly i like to joke and im sarcastic at times. I get in bad moods but who doesnt. I'm dating the most awesome person alive :) in my eyes anyways his name is Alex he may have answered some of your questions as well. Any questions are fine i wont get offended and i'll try to answer you as best as i can im sorry if i cant..i hope everyone finds what there looking for and gets the answers they need. i have aim -summersangel626 im usually on so you can talk to me there if you need to. I have been on a diet (well kind of...sometimes i give in to cravings) for about 2 weeks..which is not long at all i know. My problem is...I dont like the taste of healthy foods, my favorite foods that i always want are among the most unhealthy foods! I was wondering if anyone has advice on some healthy foods that taste good and also ways to control cravings.

well...you dont have to stop eating the foods you like..you can basically eat everything you want just cut it in half so its not a lot this way you wont have so many cravings. so yeah eat the healthy foods too but you can also eat the foods you like. oh and you can add all diff. kinds if seasonings to the healthy foods to give extra flavor.

(Rating: 4) That's what i used to do and it didn't help me lose weight at all. Many people have told me that just eating less will cause my metabolism to slow down.
