Q: I am trying to train up for the cheerleading squad... How can I do that? Running around the neighborhood is not a good option right now, but in the house we do have some free weights and rubber bands. I just want to be stronger and more ready for the practices. Can anyone help me?
Ok.I had to go through this to.

Start by stretching. You don't want to pull a muscle and be out of the season ;)
I would do some crunches, jumpingjacks, push ups and a small jog.You can also make the T,baby t,high V,low V drill.Hold it to keep your arms tight.
Then you can practice your kicks.Keep your back straight and tuck your hands behind her back.Start with low kicks, medium kicks and high kicks. Then sit down and do some leg lefts.Do about 20 on each leg without touching the ground.
Then you can work on making mini reutins to get your counts ready.
Work on your spins, hirkeys, toe touches etc etc At the end
Hope you do well :D
