Ok so heres whats happening,
a little while ago my uncle lost his job, went in to depression and said he was going to commit sucide and then my friend started to slit her wrists and i'm getting scared. It's makeing me sad and i don't want to have to deal with her of even be around her cause i can't take the stress but at the same time i don't want to loose my friends.
If i don't hang out with them they will tell me i'm becomeing antisocial and thats not what i want i'm only 14 and this is way to much for me to deal with please dose anyone know what i should do? Or a way to relax

thanks,
becca

First off..immagine this:
you find out your friend and/or uncle commited suicice..and you told NOBODY about this. Wouldnt you feel terrible? For me, the guilt would be overwhelming. Number 1 is to tell someone about both your friend and your uncle. Tell a relative about your uncle..if they dont show signs of getting him immediate help, tell someone else..another trusted adult who wil get him help. As for your friend, tell a counselor, teacher,or parent about your friend

you said you dont want to be around her..she needs you most right now though! bake her a cake, get pictures together of you two and make a little album, make a card listing all the things you love about her, something little like that can cheer her up!

what you should do is get them help, but dont let this overwhelm you to the point where YOU are depressed also. I think once you get them help, the pressure will be off of you and you can concentrate on your social life again.

for now here are some really relaxing activities:
1) Walking
2) Swimming
3) Listening to music
4)writing

here is a stress article

i hope all this helped a little?
