- I was the one with astral projecting question. I'm sorry, this might be a long question.
I tried it last night and did exactly what you have to do .. rest your body but not your head, concentrate & focus. I got to the point where I was vibrating like crazy and I seriously I felt like I was going to die. But from that point on I had no idea how to lift myself. I broke myself from it and woke up because I was afraid, but I calmed myself down and tryed again. This time, I didn't virbrate nearly as much as I did before but I felt like I was lifting my legs out of my pyhisical body. I wasn't strong enough so I coudn't bring anything else up. I have no idea if I'm doing it wrong or if I'm even doing it at all. Once you do seperate, are you supposed to be able to see? I know you close your eyes to concentrate .. but how are you supposed to open your eyes once you actually do seperate? I just got really interested and felt spontanious so I gave it a try without really being educated on what to do. thanks (:

I've tried doing it before, because my auntie was showing me how to do it like 5 years ago, and I don't remember much at all, but I'm sure I opened my eyes once I seperated. Open your eyes slowly, so you don't get out of it. You should try to astral project again and try it my way, because it definitely worked for me. I forgot exactly how I did it because it was a while back, but I did remember that part.
