Hello. First off i'd like everyone to know i love helping and i will never turn down a question i think i can help on. alright, i'm 15 and I"ve had my period for over 2 or 3 years, but i've never tried tampons. This morning I tried one, but its extreamly uncomfortable, getting up or sitting down, unless my legs are spread apart its almost painful. am I doing something wrong? is that normal?

That was happening to me when i first started wearing them too. All you have to do is adjust the angle you insert it at or push it in farther. Practice makes perfect and i know that sounds cheesy but it does acctually help. :)
