what are the laws in south carolina regarding posing nude? is it necessary to be 18 or older, or can you be 17? the reason i ask is for a Suicide Girsl application i'm wanting to fill out (link)

It's normally 18+ , but I've heard that some states (dont know which ones) will let you pose topless at 16+ with your parents permission
