hi. im a 14/f. i got my period for the first time on may. it lasted for 10 days, and then after 15 days i got it again, then it lasted for 7 days.and then 14 days later i got it again. my mom says that it is supposed to take more time until a get it each month. i just want to know if my period is normal or is it under control or something. also what are better to use..tampons or pads? thank u (link)

You will have an irregualr period for awhile, everyone does. Trust me.
When it comes to tampons and pads, pads suck because you feel like your wearing a diaper, and they can stick to your butt. But With Tampons If you don't put them in right you can get problems. There is aslo something called TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrom)That can be fatal. You can get that when you wear Tampons. So if you decide to wear them be careful. I personally recomend Pads.
