i've got a broken leg and it has to stay in a cast for weeks. I mean, ages! Im stuck with not a lot to do so im just eating loads of rubbish and im worried im gonna get fat.
how can i exercise so that i dont put on loadsa weight without actually hurtin my leg real bad? (link)

Well dont excersize if its broken! Just eat healthy, portion control, water is something really good you can drink to. you could probably work on other parts of your body, like stomach and upper body. Well goood luck!
