i have been working out for a few days straight.lately, my stomach has started to hurt.could this be due to working out? (link)

You always need to take a break.
If you work out 3 days, take the 4th day off.
When you work out, you literally rip your muscles. And they need time to recuperate.
Also, drink TONS of water.
I've heard (but also heard that this is wrong, but my mom is a marathon runner and does this, and she also trains peopel for a team) that the average person should drink a gallon of water a day without exercise. Imagine what you should drink with exercise.
All that water may make you pee a lot, but you start to look and feel better.
